Are you a highly organized and results-driven Project Coordinator passionate about delivering successful projects? If you have a proven track record of managing and executing projects in the IT industry, we want to hear from you. Detail:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and fostering collaboration.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular project updates.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements, conducting quality assessments as necessary.
Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
Strong project management skillset - with experience working on Agile, Lean, and Waterfall projects.
Experience in managing large-scale IT projects is preferred.
Nice to have experience in ERP or CRM, Marketing projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across different seniority levels.
Excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
Experience in requirements gathering (e.g. workflow, Mockups, Use Cases) and translating them into user journeys.
Working knowledge on the following:
Requirement documentation (e.g. user stories creation) and test analysis
Databases and data structure
User journey mapping
A recognized professional qualification in Project Management, Business Analysis or Agile will be advantageous.
Knowledge of Financial applications and Equity Trading will be advantageous.
