Monitor project plan and project schedule.
Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, and prepare relevant documents and statistics.
In charge of archiving documents, and updating important decisions in the meeting.
Ensure project completion on time.
Update project changes.
Develop a production plan for the project (including long-term and short-term with adjustments according to the actual situation)
Ensure projects adhere to the framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each individual project.
Create a project management calendar to accomplish each goal.
Perform various project tasks as required by PM.
Synthesize opinions of stakeholders on joint work with the participation of many parties in the project, consider solutions, and come up with the most effective plan.
- Detailed reports on the progress of each month, and each phase of the project (or shorter if necessary).
- Report on resources being used in teams/departments.
- Report on project performance before and after changes and adjustments.
- Other necessary reports as required by different project phases.
Detect and identify problems arising from the project that affect the quality and progress of the project. Provide consulting solutions for PM/PO to overcome.1-2 years experience;
Proficient in English;
