Responsible for invoicing, organizing original receipts, and keeping accounts;
Print bank statements by the end of each month to check the bank balance, to ensure that the account is consistent;
Responsible for docking local financial audits on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to complete the tax application matters;
Responsible for preparing online banking orders and documents, and registering bank statements in a timely manner;
Docking account bank, responsible for organizing, binding, and filing bookkeeping vouchers;
Responsible for checking warehouse and logistics costs at the beginning of each month, and keeping accounts;
Complete the customs goods into the warehouse, out of the warehouse, and other related matters;
Any ad- hoc work needed or requested by the team.
Complete invoicing orders from various marketplaces, organize data and keep accounts;

Familiar with local accounting software and office applications;
3 years of working experience; Related experiences in E- commerce are a plus;
A bachelor&039;s degree or above, with an accounting or financial management- related major;
Have a finance audit certificate, be able to audit and sign the financial company documents;
Working time: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
