Communicate & work closely with operational stakeholders to identify critical pain point, analyze the business driver, determine the solutions & product plans.
Strategize & prioritize product features requests.
Actively help cross-functional team to operate effectively, build & maintain dashboard to track the feature adoption.
Collaborate between technical & non-technical stakeholders, translating technical jargon into understandable terms & vice versa. Working closely with Internal teams to improve the distributors & sale agents experience.
Manage the issues & bugs reported by users and work with technical team to resolve.
Educate the internal users on the new functionalities and drive the operational implementation and adoption.
Build the guideline & training the External users to ensure users understand why and how to use the features.

Experience in project management or training is preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires autonomy and skills to deal with ambiguity.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking
