Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all metropolitan regions falling under the designated purview (including staff management in all service areas and system administration, operation, planning, and budgeting);
- Conduct review and assessment of risk management in operations
- Organize and control to ensure service quality and handle crisis incidents at projects within the scope of responsibility;
- Maintain system integrity, worker safety, hygienic conditions, fire safety, and standard urban area combat;
- Manage the process of receiving approval from the Construction Board and transferring ownership to clients in metropolitan areas within the purview of management;
- Oversee the upkeep and make sure that services (housing, security, utilities, and technical services) are provided in a timely, professional manner and adhere to standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of community events;
- Regulate the outcomes of the recurring customer satisfaction surveys;
- Have at least 05 years of experience in management/operation; Experience in large-scale real estate management and operation is an advantage
- Have knowledge of Law, Housing Law/Land/Urban Area Operation...
- Have systematic and logical thinking, good team management skills, good service thinking
- Be confident, skillful and persuasive communication style
- Obtain a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Sản phẩm của chúng tôi gồm có khớp nối chữ T, nắp chụp, ống co tròn (TEES, ELBOWS, REDUCERS và CAPS).
