I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Order Entry, Validation & Confirmation

  • Capture customer orders accurately and verify details like product availability, pricing, and customer information.
  • Communicate with the customer and internal relevant departments to confirm order details, delivery times, and any other relevant information.

Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment

  • Ensure that the necessary products are available in stock to fulfill the order. This may involve coordinating with the inventory or warehouse team.
  • Generate packing slips and shipping labels.

Billing and Invoicing

  • Generate and sending invoices to customers, ensuring that all billing information is accurate.

Exceptional processing

  • Address daily incidents promptly and effectively.

Establish, Enhance & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and enhance procedures and missing documentation.
  • Monitor and update processes and documentation in response to changes.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales Operations/Operations Management
  • Having work experience in E-commerce platform is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Good written English and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Good at time management, speed, teamwork, and multitasking. Ability to manage multiple projects across functions. Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills with consideration of company objectives. Proven track record of
    apply analytical techniques to solve supply chain problems.
