Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement technical solutions required for the good performance of the documentation function with sound engineering practices
- Gather information through research, interviewing, application testing, training, and product team meetings to develop accurate and complete product documentation
- Work closely with key stakeholders to deepen technical understanding of the product, releases, and business goals, in order to:
- Implement documentation changes
- Continuously improve documentation
- Collaborate on Jira and Confluence effectively to track and record documentation tasks
- Research and correct documentation defects
- Attend and participate in meetings/stand-ups/demos for projects and tasks owned by the writer
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
- Excellent command of English
- Relevant BA/BS degree in IT, Software Engineering
- Familiarity with developer documentation
- Familiar with programming languages: Python, Java, Javascript / Typescript
- Experience using Git and terminal
- Willingness to learn a new field and complex subject matter
- Willingness to stay updated on technical communication trends
- Ability to deeply research technical topics
- Detail-oriented and able to put themselves in the place of product users
- Lateral thinking, critical thinking, and an eye for impact
- Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing

CÔNG TY TNHH SẢN XUẤT THƯƠNG MẠI QUỐC TẾ THIÊN BẢO là đơn vị hoạt động trong lĩnh vực sản xuất và kinh doanh các loại vải cán dán simili, phụ liệu ngành giày.
Với nhiều năm kinh nghiệm, công ty chúng tôi đã và đang duy trì hệ thống sản xuất với các thiết bị máy móc tân tiến như máy mắc, máy hồ, máy dệt kiếm, máy dệt hơi, máy căng kim định hình, máy cuốn vải… Bên cạnh đó, Thiên Bảo còn gia công các loại vải theo yêu cầu của khách hàng như: nhuộm đen, tẩy trắng và định hình, hồ vải và bồi keo vải. Thiên Bảo được tổ chức vận hành bởi các chuyên gia giàu kinh nghiệm trong ngành cùng với tập thể nhân viên và công nhân viên dày dặn kinh nghiệm và được đào tạo chuyên nghiệp. Chúng tôi đã và đang không ngừng phát triển để cung cấp các loại mặt hàng đa dạng với chất lượng tốt nhất đến Khách hàng.
