Position Overview:

The Direct Sales Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for leading and driving direct sales activities for luxury cruise products under Ambassador Cruise and Lavoya Day Boutique Cruise, as well as other related business operations in Hạ Long Bay. The role requires a seasoned sales professional with deep expertise in the hospitality and cruise industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute direct sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Ambassador Cruise, Lavoya Day Boutique Cruise, and associated business lines.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand customer base.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience by maintaining effective communication and service standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote cruise products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality and cruise industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial sales role.
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Deep understanding of the luxury travel market and customer preferences.
