Main responsibilities
• Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, resources needed to complete different work orders
• Have a full understanding of contract right and obligations (EPK/SSA....)
• Prepare, organize and dispatch preventative & Curative works, plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization's operations goals (defined by technical lead and under EPK contract terms)
• Create Team allocation
• Constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work and weather forecast
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, customer, and external vendors
• Organize the work in ways to drive a safe working environment for employees and maximize employee engagement throughout the operation and ensures that site remains proper health & security environment.
• Developing a planning cost-effective for operations and maintenance within the contractual element of the EPK and company target.
• Carrying out risk analysis, weather downtime analysis, delay mitigation analysis and OPEX.
• Lead communication between Planning operation and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality information and service.
• Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.
• Provide immediate insights into potential labor shortages (or excesses).
• Ensuring compliance with all processes, procedures, and policies
• Inform OCC lead of abnormal or critical situations.
• Ensure your work is completed in adherence to the existing scheduling standards and processes
• Providing planning (scheduling) to the customer according to the contractual obligation
• Handle long- and short-range planning.
• Analyze work order feedback and execute follow-up actions.
• Share common work planning information with other Maintenance Planners;
• Ensure his own safety and the one of his colleagues in the working environment in general;
• Foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration with the operational stakeholders in an effort to maximize business results performance
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Requisition services and materials for planned and unplanned work.
• Help with keeping an optimal stock of spare parts and materials.
• Seek lead OCC advice on matters outside the Planner's knowledge or authority.
• Review work order feedback information to improve future planning efforts.
• Identify and develop standard work routines and task lists.
• Assist with supply chain coordination (with Materials Management and Procurement).
• Actively committed to the good running of all certifications (if applicable)
• Support the planning activity for APAC upon request
• Identify and request required permits.
• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders for reaching goals
• confirm order trough APAC

Job Qualification
- Method engineer, electric. electromechanics Engineer, planning engineer.
- 3 years' experience in similar role
- Knowledge of electricity and mechanics
- English fluent written and oral
- Prior customer relations experience in a commercial setting is a plus
- Wind Energy Experience (renewable energy) is a plus
- Strong passion for renewable energy
- Well developed interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
