About the position

You will work as an outsourced accountant supporting clients in managing their day-to-day financial operations. You will ensure financial accuracy through manual bookkeeping, assist clients in adopting and using accounting software, and help streamline accounting processes for smarter, more efficient financial management.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with clients' accounting teams: Work closely with clients’ accounting teams to reconcile data, resolve issues, and improve accounting processes.
• Support accounting software implementation: Assist clients in setting up and using accounting software, ensuring smooth and efficient system operation.
• Data verification and quality control: Review and validate accounting data, ensuring accuracy and recommending necessary adjustments.
• Manual bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping tasks manually, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
• Support financial reporting: Prepare and provide data for financial reports as required.

What You Come with

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in manual bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with accounting software; experience in software implementation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients and teams.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
• Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
