• Primarily support FB Manager and Executive Chef in managing and controlling the dining operation in every outlet’s function.

• Settle the department’s document related to functions, purchasing profile, cuisine folio, attendance records in a proper order to referencing purpose.

• Summarize FB activities and events and follow up with colleagues in order to perform qualified standard functions.

• Take meeting minute of operational and further departmental topics.

• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to other shift for follow up.

• Assemble reports/records/checklists related to the department’s operation

• Perform other task as requested by managers
