As a Regional Sales Manager, your role is to ensure that our clients derive maximum value from our products and services, leading to long- term customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and guiding them to achieve their desired outcomes. By building strong relationships and providing exceptional support, you will contribute to the overall success of both our clients and our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Onboarding and Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to grasp objectives and challenges.
Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions to our products/services.
Develop tailored implementation plans with internal teams to align with client goals.
Proactively engage clients for ongoing engagement, identifying upsell opportunities and gathering feedback.
- Client Success Planning and Issue Resolution:
Define success metrics with clients, aligning our offerings to achieve their goals.
Create clear success plans outlining the path to client objectives.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate internally to resolve technical, operational, or service- related matters.
- Product Expertise and Renewals/Upsells:
Work with the sales team to renew contracts and expand engagement.
Gain a deep understanding of our products to provide expert guidance.
Monitor client usage, spotting upsell chances for additional services.
Stay updated on product developments to inform clients about new features.
- Client Advocacy and Performance Reporting:
Prepare reports and presentations showcasing client success and growth.
Share client insights with product, marketing, and relevant teams for improvements.
Advocate for client needs and preferences within the company.
Provide regular client updates on usage, performance metrics, and solution value.
REQUIREMENTS:
Empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
Goal- oriented with a track record of achieving customer retention targets.
Experience with professional CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
Previous experience in the AEC industry is a plus
Technical Acumen: Proficiency in understanding and explaining the technical aspects of the software, such as integrations, functionalities, and customization options, to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities.
Strong problem- solving and conflict- resolution abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset for understanding client data and identifying trends.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master&039;s/MBA is a plus).
