Role Description

• Identify the potential business opportunities and develop execution plans
• Foster strong relation with the clients, business parters and reputed organizations to expand business relations and strengthen the branding of Han Spaces
• Observe and understand the needs of clients in order to provide them with insightful advises; at the same time provide internal project team with suitable strategy to approach the project
• Negotiate with clients for the best and balanced benefits for both parties; contract review
• Update continuously about the industry's information and trends, hence propose innovative ideas to develop the company
• Develop a proper process for Business Development department and continuously upgrade the process on a quaterly basis
• Be responsible for a result-oriented plan to train, manage and develop Business Development department
• Research and study about technology/ tools to support the tasks of Business Development department
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure an effective process in the company
• Report to General Director about the performance of the department and propose solutions/ ideas to resolve problems/ develop company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/ Interior Design/ Architecture/ Civil Engineer
• At least 3-year experience in a similar position
• Strong relations and firm knowledge in Design & Build industry
• Fluent English; excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Good business mind-set and strong ability to identify & adapt with the fluctuate market and trends
• Being open-minded and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must
