YOUR JOB:
- Process new orders and requests on the Odoo ERP system ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to order or generate the required product and packaging labels.
- Respond to all client requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete all reports required by the customer and participate in internal meetings regarding claims or new developments.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the Senior CS and track task progress to update the CS Manager in weekly team meetings.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, merchandiser or similar role.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Experience using an ERP/ SAP system.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to engage customers positively and understand their needs.
- A friendly, helpful, patient and confident personality, combined with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Proficiency in MS office, specifically Excell
- High level of organization, attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Preference
- Furniture/ Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as, Business/ Merchandising/Economics is a plus.
