Respond to customer queries by phone or e-mail to support and solve complaint cases

Interface between customers and hotels to resolve any cases arising upon/after check-in

Handle admin support tasks including but not limited to hotel, flight, and regular payment related issues

Verify transactions with different mode of payments (such as: bank-transfer, credit cards, etc..) match payment and booking ID

University/Colleges required

Age: 20 to 30 years old

Fluent in English both written and spoken (Preferably with TOEIC 500)

Above 3 months minimum experience in customer service, receptionist, tour guide v..v

Experience in a call center/contact center, travel industry is a plus

Willing to work on weekend, national holidays, overtime if needed

Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including)

Able to work under pressure and in a large team

Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers

Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative

Salary: 10.000.000 – 12.000.000 gross (Basic salary + allowance + KPIs)

Working in the environment of a multinational corporation, with customers being the leading foreign companies in the field
