✔ Performing day-to-day operational activities in customer service of call center

✔ Giving excellent services to customers

✔ Receive calls from customers and respond to all incoming inquiries by phone/Email/Chat/App

✔ Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivities

✔ Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project

WORKING TIME

✔ Service time: 24/7, working 5-6 days/week, 25 days/month

✔ Rotating shifts from 6:00 - 21:00, night shift from 21:00 - 6:00 (5-6 night shift/month)

✔ University/Colleges required

✔ Age: 20 to 30 years old

✔ Fluent in English both written and spoken (Preferably with TOEIC 500)

✔ 6 months minimum experience in customer service, receptionist, tour guide v..v

✔ Experience in a call center/contact center, travel industry is a plus

✔ Willing to work on weekend, national holidays, overtime if needed

✔ Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including)

✔ Able to work under pressure and in a large team

✔ Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers

✔ Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative

✔ Salary: 9.500.000 – 12.000.000 gross (Basic salary + allowance + KPIs)

✔ Working in the environment of a multinational corporation, with customers being the leading foreign companies in the field
