- Prepare Daily report (daily sale, stock aging...).
- Vehicle document (checking bank guarantee, work with system to delivery vehicle document to Dealers...).
- Prepare vehicle delivery order in the system.
- Follow up on going system project.
- Make allocation plan to Dealers and report to Managers.
- Make payment for promotion and CPA program.
- Other jobs assigned by managers.- Bachelor's Degree in University, major in Businesses management/Economic or related fields.
- Prefer having at least 01 years working experience in Sales Administration field.
- Fluently in English & MS Office (TOEIC 500 or above)
- Good communication and problem solving
