Job Description:
Recruitment (70%)
Do the follow- up of the recruitment activity. Report the weekly activity (results, workflow…) to hiring managers.
Create, build and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
Identify and organize the staff training programs and new hire orientation
Analyze strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process to bring new improvements (in terms of reactivity, quality…)
Participate in the recruitment process involving, screening and selection of ideal individuals.
Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes.
Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the Management
Training (30%)
Based on department / individual development plans, identify appropriate courses to execute plan to close skills gaps and drive significant enhancement in performance, productivity and engagement.
Conduct follow up sections with HODs / Managers and employees after performance review quarterly and annually to determine training plans
Follow up on training and provide an efficiency report.
