The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:

- Assist to Warehouse Manager in:

• Monitor and control of stock items, ensure supply problems are recognized and addressed with urgency.

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize storage space.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Work closely with user department for reviewing to minimize slow movement materials.

• Working with Procurement and user department to ensure creates Material Master Data.

• Conduct periodic inventory planning.

- Comply with the laws and regulations of labor safety and hygiene related to works and assigned tasks.

- Use and maintain the Personal Protective Equipment, working tools, safety appliances and equipment in the workplace, and are responsible for any loss or damage.

- Report immediately to a person in charge when discovering risks that may lead to work related accidents, diseases or poisoning and danger. Give first-aid and take corrective action to prevent work related accidents as required by the company.

- Properly participate periodic medical check-up and occupational disease examination organized by employer.

- Get advice from and follow doctor's instruction if treatment is required.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role.

- Experience in warehouse management systems is an advantage.

- Experience in the shipbuilding industry is an advantage.

- English proficiency at a conversational level is required.

- Organizational, time management, and communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Must be self-motivated, open to new ideas and work methods.
