Be responsible for meeting the recruitment plan of the Sales Department;
Implement recruitment process: posting recruitment information, screening applications, arranging interview schedules, preparing to receive new employees;
Contributing to creating employer branding materials content on digital recruitment channels (Careers websites, Facebook fanpage, Tiktok,...);
Support internal programs and events of the HR department;
Perform some tasks as required by the Head of HR department.Bachelor's degree, referred to as a major in human resources or relevant areas
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Recruitment field

Detailed-oriented and organizational skills
Be able to work independently and teamwork as well as under high pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.Contract terms: 6-month contract (from September, 2024)
