2.0. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

2.1. Deliver products with high responsibility, availability, scalability, security, and maintainability

2.2. Collaborate with the team to clarify and analyze project requirements.

2.3. Translate business requirements into high-quality, well-tested, clean, simple, and maintainable code.

2.4. Resolve any technical issues, risks, and challenges, escalating as necessary and providing solutions.

2.5. Ensure that developed applications are well documented, tested, easy to maintain, and meet industry standards

3.0. Job Requirements

3.1. Qualifications

3.1.1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software, or equivalent. 

3.2. Work Experience

3.2.1. 3y - 5y of experience in backend development using NodeJS, especially NestJS/KoaJS

3.2.2. Experience with relational & non-relational databases (MariaDB/PostgreSQL/MogoDB)

3.2.3. Good knowledge of object-oriented concepts, programming, methods, and design patterns.

3.2.4. Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

3.2.5. Participating in all works in the software development process, including requirements inquiry, analysis, design, and research of new technology ...

3.2.6. Solving issues, executing work according to plan, report work progress for direct management (PM)

3.2.7. Good problem solving, organizational and time management skills

3.2.8. Keen on learning new tech stacks and frameworks

3.2.9. Big plus points if you have knowledge:

     • .NET Core(C#) or Java, or willingness to learn these technologies

     • AWS, Docker, Socket, RabbitMQ

     • Unit Test

3.3. Knowledge

3.3.1. [Essential] Know how to write clean, efficient, reusable code

3.3.2. [Essential] Process of Code Versioning (GIT)

3.3.3. [Preference] Have strong interest and basic understanding in AI tools such as ChatGPT & Copilot

3.3.4. [Preference] Understanding of software development process and design.

3.3.5. [Preference] Knowledge of Agile Scrum development process is a plus

3.4. Skills and attitude

3.4.1. Good Written English skill, Verbal English Communication is a big plus    

3.4.2. Good problem-solving skills, thorough, sincere, responsible, understanding mindset

3.4.3. Logical thinking required as an engineer.

3.4.4. Experience working independently and as part of a team. Active communication internally and externally

3.4.5. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software, or equivalent.
