Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Project Management Specialist located in District 9. The specialist will be responsible for daily project and program management, including planning, coordination, and communication with various stakeholders.

1. Planning for projects and ensure implementing follow schedule.
2. Manage materials & supplier readiness for projects from beginning until Mass Production.
3. Lead VN factory readiness for all Sample Builds and Mass Production to ensure Good Quality products to be shipped out.
4. Foresee any risk during projects and lead the team to take prevent actions.
5. Communication with customers to adjust the demand, according to project or material status, balance the demand of tools & materials.
6. Continuous evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in all areas.
