Role Description

The job will entail the following:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, designers) to define user flows and wireframes aligning with business objectives and design principles.

- Conduct research and user testing to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of end users, incorporating this data into business solutions.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups when needed to support business case development and ensure that design solutions align with business needs.

- Lead the creation of process flows, user stories, and functional specifications that outline both business and user interface requirements.

- Ensure consistency in UI/UX across different platforms by developing and maintaining design systems, and collaborating with UX/UI teams to ensure scalable solutions.

- Provide insights and recommendations for improving user experience, identifying areas where business processes and user interfaces can be streamlined.

- Conduct gap analysis and define new business processes to address inefficiencies and improve user engagement.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met while maintaining a focus on UX/UI best practices.

- Have a mindset about User Experience / User Interface

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Design, or a related field.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience in UX/UI design integration.

- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional UI/UX solutions.

Skills & Abilities:

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in collaboration with UX/UI designers.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business processes and propose user-friendly solutions.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business leaders.

Technical Knowledge:

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
