Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gathering and documenting business requirements, and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement improvements. This role involves continuous communication with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to identify trends, solve problems, and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in business analysis and defining thorough business requirements
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical solutions
• Understanding of business processes and ability to recommend optimizations
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Previous experience in telecom infrastructure or software development projects is an advantage
