1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for sales of solar energy equipment, including:

• Solar cables, Huawei inverters, solar panels, energy storage systems (BESS), and related accessories.

• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with:

• EPC contractors, installation companies, solar investors, and factories using solar systems.

• Provide consultation and propose the right solutions based on customer needs.

• Coordinate with technical, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and service quality.

• Meet sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Energy Engineering).

• 1–3 years of experience in the solar equipment industry or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Proactive, ambitious, and a good team player.

• Candidates with knowledge of solar systems (on-grid, hybrid, BESS) are preferred.
