Mô tả công việc
- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to support tickets and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, both remotely and on-site
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Document and track issues using a ticketing system
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications
- Ensure all hardware and software are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Manage and monitor IT inventory and assets.
- Assist with network configuration and administration, including Wi-Fi and VPN setup.
- Assist with data backup and recovery operations
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tập đoàn Công nghệ-Kinh doanh KASIKORN (KASIKORN Business-Technology Group: KBTG) đã thành lập KBTG Việt Nam – cơ sở thứ 3 của tập đoàn tại khu vực châu Á, nhằm tuyển dụng nhân tài công nghệ thông tin để mở rộng thị trường tại Việt Nam và các quốc gia khác trong Khu vực ASEAN+3 (ASEAN + Nhật Bản, Trung Quốc, Hàn Quốc). Đây là bước đi trong quá trình thúc đẩy để hỗ trợ Chiến lược Mở rộng kỹ thuật số khu vực của KASIKORNBANK.
