Strong ability to design and manage a luxury-focused product portfolio (Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia - Thailand & Beyond)
In-depth understanding of the inbound tourism industry, as well as luxury inbound tour operators in Vietnam and globally.
Solid knowledge of high-end travelers' buying behaviors.
Skilled in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
Leadership & Team Building: Ability to recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives & Senior Sales.
Performance Management: Setting clear KPIs, monitoring conversion rates, and overseeing sales pipelines.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Proficient in online customer care, handling challenging situations, and increasing customer satisfaction & repeat bookings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
Analytical & Reporting: Strong Excel skills; capable of preparing insightful reports and delivering clear presentations to the CEO.
Experience & Personal Traits
Minimum 8 years of experience in inbound tour operators, with at least 2-3 years in the same position
Logical thinker with strong numerical sensitivity.
Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to thrive in a startup environment.
Excellent communication in English (both spoken and written).Salary: Negotiable.
