JOB SPECIFIC TASKS • Check daily and constantly with Chief Concierge for additional bookings, cancellation, flight changes, additional instructions, special request, etc. • Check and monitor details of flight arrivals/departures to ensure timely pick-up/drop-off • Report to Concierge Desk and Reception Desk regularly for any flight delay or cancellation on both incoming and outgoing flights. • Overall knowledge of standard operating procedures Airport services. • Monitor daily arrivals and anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner. • Establish contact with all airline desks at both the International and Domestic terminals to build relationship with those clients.
