PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend to guests’ complaints, enquiries and requests, if necessary report problems to the Assistant Manager on duty.
• Welcome guests to a warm and friendly environment while also creating a professional first impression.
• Work as part of a team to complete the daily operational duties of the Front Office.
• Check guests in and out promptly, professionally and accurately.
• Set a high standard of service to exceed guest expectations at all times.
• Be aware of the hotel’s room types, room rates etc. in order to effectively sell our product on any enquiry.
• Responsible for tidiness of your immediate workstation at the Front Desk and of the back office area.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requirements are dealt with efficiently.
• In the absence of the telephonic, provide a speedy and accurate response to answering telephone calls for guests. Answers internal telephone calls within 3 rings and always uses a professional and friendly manner.
• Field guest enquiries and offer solutions.
• Attends daily briefings and participates in a positive manner.
• Ensures all work areas are clean, tidy and in order.

Education:
A diploma or degree qualification. Fluency in oral and written English
Experience: Previous hotel-related experience desired.
Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good presentation and public speaking skills.
Good in planning, organizing and coordination
