We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Key Account Assistant Manager to drive our presence and growth in the personal care and baby product categories in Modern Trade. This role will require a deep understanding of the Vietnamese market, strong relationships with key buyers, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies and merchandising techniques. The role will be reporting to the Business Development Manager in Ho Chi Minh.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Growth:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for personal care and baby product categories.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at major retail chains and modern trade outlets.
o Identify new sales opportunities and markets to expand the company's product footprint.
o Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Merchandising:
o Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective in-store merchandising and display plans.
o Ensure product visibility and availability in retail outlets through strategic merchandising initiatives.
o Optimize shelf space, product placement, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales.
o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments.

• Promotions and Campaigns:
o Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events in coordination with the marketing team.
o Negotiate terms and agreements with retailers for promotional activities.
o Monitor the performance of promotions and campaigns, providing post-campaign analysis and recommendations.

• Data Analysis:
o Utilize sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
o Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to the management team.
o Continuously assess and refine sales and merchandising strategies based on data insights.
