Mô tả công việc
Nhiệm vụ:
1.Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies
• Develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies targeting Domestic, Inbound Asia and long-haul markets across FIT, MICE, and series segments.
• Identify, source, and convert new business opportunities within assigned markets, while nurturing relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to provide actionable insights, ensuring timely adjustments to sales strategies for optimal market positioning.
2. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
• Establish and expand relationships with key partners, including travel agencies, DMCs, corporates, and event planners.
• Meet with clients to introduce resort services and build long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate room rates, service packages, and contract terms to optimize revenue and customer benefits
3. Sales Activities and Product Promotion
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, product presentations, and resort site inspections.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions, both locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with media and press to enhance brand visibility and promote resort offerings.
4. Operations Coordination and Service Quality Assurance Reporting and Data Management
• Work closely with the Reservations, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of group and individual bookings.
• Oversee service quality, collect customer feedback, and recommend solutions to enhance guest experiences.
• Track and report on business performance, account production, pipeline development, and market trends using CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain professional and efficient customer data management practices
5. Other Duties:
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc: Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel/resort sales; experience with 5-star international brands is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Domestic, Inbound Asia and long-haul markets across FIT, MICE, and series segments.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional Asian languages are an advantage.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for sales trips and events as required.
