Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Company Activities & Event (40%)
• Responsible for making Schedule/Plan/Budget/Implementation (yearly) for the team.
• Coordinate and support implementation process with team members.
• In charge of updating and maintaining the communication via website/Facebook.
• Prepare/ present report (monthly) to the Board of Directors as a responsibility.
2. Charity Activities (40%)
• Make Annual charity plans including Plan/Budget/ Implementation/Sponsor...
• Follow up with Vendors & Team members to implement.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing donors, including businesses, local authorities, and individuals.
• Identifying and applying for grants from various sources to support the charity's goals and projects.
• Planning and executing various fundraising activities, such as campaigns/events in collaboration with other staff and volunteers.
• Manage and update the charity's portal, website, and brochures to promote the charity's activities and achievements.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on fundraising performance and progress to BOD/Sponsors.
3. Other Supports (20%)
• Support the implementation of social charity with the role of assistant.
• Update and report to the Board of Directors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager (if any).

• Having 10-15 years’ experience of performing team/company/charities activities, working with NGO organization is plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel overseas/remote areas for surveying.
• Have communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Be careful and timely at work.
• Have a cooperative spirit, and highly responsible and trustworthy.
