Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Automation QC to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing automation testing efforts, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with developers to identify areas ripe for automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to delivering quality solutions.

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide

timely and meaningful feedback;

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
• Plan, coordinate and manage testing activities;
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts to test,

track, and verify resolution of defects;

• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement

solutions;

• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts;
• Oversee the development of automation test scripts for web applications using

Selenium with Python and JavaScript;

• Utilize automation testing frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive team

efficiency and productivity;

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in automation testing technologies and

methodologies;

• Coordinate with others team to solve customer complaint and find out root cause

and corrective action as well;

• Ensure that all the requirements of compliances are followed;
• Report daily progress/issues to management and client representatives;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Web and Mobile Testing: Including iOS, Android, portal websites, internet banking, and OTP.
• Non-Functional Testing: API, performance, and security testing.
• Writing and executing test scripts, test plans, and test cases.
• Strong knowledge of security logic, gameplay, and mobile game testing.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a multicultural environment.
