• Manage and keep good relationship with Clients to identify strategy to greatly meet their requirements;
• Execute projects’ lifecycle, ensuring adequate resources;
• Estimate and optimize budget to deliver positive return on marketing spend;
• Coordinate campaign brainstorming and planning with Digital Planners;
• Be responsible for quality of deliverables, timeline and KPIs delivery commitment;
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner;
• Creating dependable, organized and clear communications across all departments;
• Brief & work with 3rd party (media, social listening, social management platform, community, research);
• Consolidate campaign report and present to client.
Planning tasks:
- Creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, video... and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales.
- Planning and executing social media strategy, creating and publishing content to a variety of platforms, and interacting with their communities and audiences
- Work with designer, ad text for SEM, SEO
- Co - ordinating and working with internal data & insight specialists for reports
- Working with other teams such as SEO and Data Insights to maximize research for content planning.
