DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure clean HTML and CSS, ensuring functionality across browsers and devices.
Build and convert responsive and interactive websites.
Develop and maintain responsive, cross- platform web applications.
Stay motivated and up- to- date on the latest developments and trends in web design & development.
Debug and troubleshoot layout and scripting issues across a variety of desktop and mobile browsers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Work as part of a team to meet demanding project requirements.
Work closely with designers and Fullstack Developers.
Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: At least 2 years in front- end development.
Frameworks:
Proficiency with
CSS
frameworks such as
Bootstrap, Foundation, or Tailwind CSS.
CSS Methodologies:
First- hand experience with structural approaches like
BEM, SMACSS, or OOCSS for styling HTML.
Web Standards: Strong knowledge of standards- based web development and ensuring browser and cross- platform compatibility.
Responsive Design: Strong experience in building responsive and cross- platform websites.
CSS Preprocessors:
Experience using preprocessors like
SASS, LESS, or Stylus.
Web Development Technologies:
Demonstrated proficiency in modern web development technologies is essential, including but not limited to
JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript.

Good to have:

UI/UX Design: Strong experience in UI/UX design principles.
Node.js Tools: Comfort with using NodeJS based tools such as NPM or Gulp in the development workflow.
JavaScript Unit Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration.
Language Proficiency: TOEIC score of 600+ or equivalent English proficiency.
Frameworks: Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React (Nextjs), and Redux/Mobx.
Graphics Editing: Experience with Photoshop or other graphics editors.
