- Receive testing requests for IT products and services.
- Conduct research, analysis, and clarification of requirements. Develop a testing strategy for IT product and service requirements.
- Create testing plans, write scripts, generate testing reports, and error reports. Document requirements after completion.
- Coordinate tasks within a team of 4-10 personnel.
- Perform testing and evaluate product quality.
- Analyze/evaluate the causes of errors after golive.
* Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Electronics, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
2. Preferred Qualifications:
- Prioritize experience from operational departments of commercial banks.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum.
- Broad knowledge of banking and a deep understanding of banking operations.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing activities.
- Experience in software testing for Android and IOS.
- Have a certification in software testing
- Team management experience.
3. Skills:
- Strong analytical skills for documents, requirements, reports, and documentation.
- Good logical and critical thinking, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in English, capable of working directly with foreign partners.
