CRM System Building and Implementation
- Establish workflows for data capture and maintain data integrity.
- Automate CRM workflows.
- Explore and implement new CRM features.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards.
CRM User Support and Troubleshooting
- Resolve complex technical issues.
- Analyze business trends with the team.
- Collaborate with team members to solve major problems.
Data Analysis Support
- Monitor and verify daily customer data.
Yêu cầu công việc
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate fromInformation Technology or Computer Science or relevant majors.
- At least 0.5 years of experience in CRM.
- Maintain CRM data integrity with attention to detail.
- Document case resolutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Work independently, be team-oriented, reliable, and dependable.
- Experience with HubSpot/Creatio or similar systems is a plus.
- Think critically, identify solutions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Show patience with difficult user cases.
- Basic English communication skills (TOEIC 500, WSE level 9/20, or equivalent).
