1. Responsible for the entire test engineering functions within the production, carry out researches on latest test technology and developes relevant test technique / Chịu trách nhiệm về toàn bộ các vấn đề kỹ thuật Test trong sản xuất, tiến hành nghiên cứu kỹ thuật Test mới nhất và phát triển kỹ thuật Test cho phù hợp
2. Performs design review on new products which are related to Test engineering and evaluate new test technology to applies for production / Thực hiện việc xem xét thiết kế của sản phẩm mới, những yêu cầu kỹ thuật Test cho sản phẩm mới và đánh giá kỹ thuật Test để áp dụng vào sản xuất
3. Setup Testers, Test equipments, test program and validate the results to hand over for production using / Lắp đặt máy móc, thiết bị, chương trình và thẩm định kết quả để chuyển giao cho sản xuất sử dụng
4. Planning and implementation of maintenance, validation for all the Testers and Test equipments / Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện việc kiểm tra, bảo dưỡng, thẩm định cho tất cả các máy móc và thiết bị Test
5. Research, improve the Testers and Test equipments to achieve highest yields and quality / Nghiên cứu, cải tiến máy móc và thiết bị Test để đạt hiệu suất và chất lượng cao nhất
6. Release the procedures, work instructions documentation related to testing product. Conduct to training for Technician and Operator to perform / Lập tài liệu về quy trình, hướng dẫn thao tác liên quan đến công việc Test sản phẩm. Tiến hành đào tạo cho kỹ thuật viên và công nhân để thực hiện công việc
7. Reported working situation for Leader and Manager / Báo cáo lại tình hình công việc cho quản lý

- Graduate from University with Major as: Electrical, Engineering, Automation, Mechanical/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Điện tử, Cơ khí, Tự động hóa

- Minimum 2 years working experience in environment related to PCBA Test engineering / Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí liên quan đến kỹ thuật Test bản mạch điện tử

- Strong knowledge of Tester hardware and software functionality / Có kiến thức vững về các chức năng Test phần cứng và phần mềm

- Have good basic knowledge of electronics. Must be able to understand and analyse schematics, component specifications / Có kiến thức tốt về lĩnh vực điện tử. Có khả năng đọc hiểu và phân tích sơ đồ mạch điện tử cũng như đặc điểm kỹ thuật của các linh kiện điện tử

- Willing to work overtime or shifts according to production/Sẵn sàng làm tăng ca hoặc làm ca theo sản xuất

- Able to English communication skill same B level/ Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tương đương trình độ B
