• Specify, design, implement, and evolve our testing processes and execution, together with the team.
• Define, develop and execute Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate user experience and provide feedback for improvements.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and their solutions.
• Write Test Reports.
• Communicating with Project Manager and customers on requirements and test results.
• Work closely with the Developers for improving the developed software applications.
• Research about latest test techniques/tools and verify usability for our projects.
• Mentor junior test engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of software testing experience
• Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports.
• Experience with various types of testing like Regression testing, Usability testing, API testing, Performance testing, Security testing
• Knowledge about the software development process.
• Attention to detail and precision in testing.
• Able to communicate in English
• Nice to have: Experience in Automation Testing.
