About The Team
The Product Development team in Vietnam focus on solving immediate needs of Shopee for Vietnam market in 3 main categories: Operation / Engagement / Partnership. Our scope consists of products in various sizes and complexity levels, serving both internal users (Shopee staffs) as well as external users (our buyers, sellers, brands and partners). As a member in the team, you'll be part of a Scrum team targeting at a specific category to develop impactful tools / features to accelerate business goals in that area.
Job Description
The Product Development team in Vietnam focus on solving immediate needs of Shopee for Vietnam market in 3 main categories: Operation / Engagement / Partnership. Our scope consists of products in various sizes and complexity levels, serving both internal users (Shopee staffs) as well as external users (our buyers, sellers, brands and partners). As a member in the team, you'll be part of a Scrum team targeting at a specific category to develop impactful tools / features to accelerate business goals in that area.
Job Description
- Take ownership and be responsible for any delivery of products
- Work closely with business departments to gain a deep understanding of customer pain point, customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Drive the execution of all or parts of product lifecycle processes, including product research, product ideation, product design, product development & product performance
- Work closely and give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or new product
- Work on administrative task of the product, maintain existing app products (product management)
- From 2 years experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Strong problem solving skills, logical thinking, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields is a plus
