- Research revenue funnel flows and the management tools currently being used to define what needs to improve
- Plan and build a full-function CRM for OCG, including the development of system documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact working directly with third-party (Freshsales) to provide solutions for customer-related issues.
- Develop documentation and provide training for teams to use the tool.
- Collaborate with the Apps team to ensure the delivery of features for internal teams utilizing the CRM.
