Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Product Manager with a strong background as a Scrum Master, PMO, or Project Manager to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Discovery: Participate in product design and discovery sessions, contributing to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Product Development: Lead the end- to- end development of a B2B global product, from concept to launch.
Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high- quality products.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.
Agile Methodology: Utilize your experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies to streamline development processes and improve team efficiency.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of coding, wireframing, and product design.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast- paced environment.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, PMO, or Project Manager.
