I – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pacific Cross Vietnam operates in the field of insurance agency activities, providing insurance auxiliary services and supporting insurance companies and reinsurers relating to reinsurance to develop and administer health insurance and travel insurance products to people living in Vietnam.

The Finance Executive is responsible for management reporting, financial analysis, and supporting financial planning and budgeting activities. This role works closely with the Head of Finance & Actuarial and Finance Assistant Manager to ensure accurate reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

1.     Management reporting

·       Prepare timely and accurate management reports, including monthly financial performance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ad-hoc analyses

·       Analyze financial results and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods

·       Partner with Heads of Departments to provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making

2.     Cost Control & Efficiency

·       Review monthly operating expenses against approved budgets and analyze variances

·       Identify cost optimization opportunities and work with departments to improve spending efficiency

3.     Financial Planning and Budgeting

·       Support coordination with departments in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes

·       Review and challenge key assumptions to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives

4.     Other tasks

·       Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

II - QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

·        Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA), in progress or to be pursued, are a strong advantage

·        1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related roles

·        Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

·        Working hours: Full time (8 hours), Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM)

·        Location: VNPT Building, 6th Floor, 1487 Nguyễn Văn Linh, Tân Hưng Ward, Hồ Chí Minh city
