What We're Looking For:

Are you a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering successful projects? If you have a proven track record of managing and executing projects in the IT industry, we want to hear from you. Join us and take the lead in delivering excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and fostering collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular project updates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements, conducting quality assessments as necessary.
• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge and experience running projects applying Agile
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
