Position Overview:
The Assistant to Director - Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Board of Directors by directly coordinating and overseeing PTEMAGIC's educational technology (Edutech) projects. You will act as the crucial link between the Directors, the product development team, and other relevant departments to ensure our learning platforms, mobile apps, and English testing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Director Assistance:
Arrange schedules and prepare materials for project meetings.
Record, summarize, and communicate the Director's instructions to the project teams.
Monitor and follow up on the work progress of various departments on behalf of the Director.
Project Coordination:
Participate in planning, defining goals, and scoping for Edutech projects.
Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and monitor the daily progress of teams (Developers, Designers, Content Creators).
Serve as the primary point of contact, resolving issues that arise during project execution.
Organize regular meetings to track and update project status.
Create periodic reports on project progress, risks, and performance for the Board of Directors.
Product Involvement:
Collaborate on user research and analysis to propose ideas for product improvement (app, platform).
Conduct testing of new features to ensure the product is stable and delivers the best user experience.Qualifications:

Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Assistant to Director) within the technology, software, or education industry.
Experience with or understanding of the technology product development lifecycle (platform, app).
Language Skills: Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher, especially strong reading and writing skills for research and communication.
Skills:
Excellent Communication: Ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
Organization and Planning: Proficient in organizing tasks, managing time, and tracking multiple tasks effectively.
Problem-Solving: Proactive and sharp in identifying and addressing emerging issues.
Tech-Savviness: Proficient in office tools (MS Office) and project management software (Trello, Jira, Asana is a plus).Benefits:
