Rainscales Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst (with at least 3 years of experience) to join our team. You will be working with talented technical teams to develop our strategic AI-driven platform. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in an innovative business environment.

• Working with stakeholders (delivery teams, business teams, customers) to understand their needs, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements for new features or optimization opportunities. 
• Transforming business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and other required documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions, including wireframes, flowcharts, and use case diagrams.
• Working closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participating in testing and validating new features and processes to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and communicating findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Help resolve issues and challenges that arose during the product development process. 
• Support delivery teams in implementing products to clients.

• 3 ~ 5 years of experience in business analysis, product development, and/or software development. 
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and relevant software tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
