Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing recruitment team. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, especially in tech and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
• Assist in writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Source candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system
• Assist in employer branding efforts (e.g., social media content, job fairs, campus outreach)
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding activities when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related role (internships count)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools is a plus
• Good command of English is preferred
