Responsibilities

· Deploying applicable regional (VN) sourcing strategies and contributing to APAC sourcing strategies definition on direct material, indirect material and logistic sourcing.

· Prepare and execute the RFx process in collaboration with stakeholders including supplier evaluation and selection, price negotiation, technic clarification and contract signoff according to RRD SCM procedure

· Manage purchase request and make sure the business needs are in line with RRD policy and sourcing strategy, release Purchase order in a timely manner

· Manage material stocks and forecast, identify potential risks and set up action plan to ensure on time delivery of goods

· Establish close interactions with Accounting teams to follow up on Supplier payment & contract applications (Ensure accountants have the necessary documents)

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders on problem solving include but not limited on quality, timing, and internal customer's satisfaction; Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

· Monitor and manage supplier performance and risks

· Respect the highest ethical standards, at any time, when dealing with Supplier

Qualifications

· 5 years in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or sourcing function with relevant experience in negotiating and managing suppliers.

· Strong MS Office, MRP (Eg. SAP) experience in Sourcing applications is advantageous

· Relevant experience in negotiating, contracting and managing in different segments/cross regions

· Proven success in driving supplier cost, quality and delivery performance improvement programs.

· Understanding of the cross-category management, suppliers, cost drivers, market trends and technologies is a plus

· Experience in defining and executing supply chain / sourcing strategies

· Relevant international and cross-cultural management experience

· Fluent in Vietnamese and mandarin; basic English verbal and written capability is a plus
