• Manage daily booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc and
• Customer relationship (external & internal), work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and service, proactive communicate and solve any issue with customer.
Weekly, monthly catch up with customer to have update, forecase and other information from customer.
• Coordinate, update timely with control tower team in regional office
• Implement and deploy Customer SOP, IOP. Manage team to reach customer KPI base on instruction of KAM, reduce risk and potential claims.
• Billing checking, confirmation with overseas
• Be responsible for balancing workload among team, Build and run frequent shipment control and performance management reports to ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met.
• Upsell and cross sell basing on relationship with current customer and own relationship.

Proven experience in Customer Service role within the logistics industry
Knowledge of ocean cargo process flow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
More than 3 years manage 4PL/consolidation, especially to the US market; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.
Well operation knowledge, good experience in shipping, forwarding.
Ability to deal with high pressure situation.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
