PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

To Deal with suppliers for getting quotations and prepare comparisons.
To maintain 5S in working area.
To maintain computer and network security.
To update information about new information Technology (IT) trend
To solve Networking problems.
To provide complete backup for all users and application data
To provide timely preventive maintenance to all Information Technology (IT) infrastructure.
To take backup for ERP data, User Data and other applications data.
To Report internet connectivity problems to ISP and get it solved.
To prepare and maintain user documentation for all EMS functional modules.
To maintain server and client operating system.
To maintain availability for consumable ex: blank CD and DVD etc.
To deliver day to day guidance to users for EMS functional queries and problems.
To Prepare MIS report.
To understand and solve computer hardware, operating system problems.
To control the disposal wastages in the department
To make computer and network in secure condition with update software and hardware.
To maintain mail server administration.
To maintain all IT infrastructure with zero down time.
To follow the OCPs related to department
To Provide and timely update all documentation for IT infrastructure,

AUTHORITIES :

Restrict users, those not following IT Policy.
Recommend IT equipments those need replacement.
Recommend new hardware requirement.
Recommend new ideas for enhancing network infrastructure performance.

BASIS OF ASSESSING PERORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS / SCORE)

Help desk to end user for software and hardware problem.
Check for mail server log.
Daily backup for ERP data, User data and other application.
Daily software updating to all IT infrastructures for make it secure.
Daily check for upkeep working of all IT infrastructures.
Availability of IT consumable.
Trouble shoot and solve problem for all IT infrastructure.

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualification : Diploma in Information Technology
Age : 28- 32 years
Training : Server and client operating system, Mail server
Skill :
Supervisory Skill, Leadership, Strong interpersonal skill,
Good communication skills. Proactive and organized and personality
Experience :
Experience of Mail server administrator...
At least 3- 5 years relevant
Experience of LAN, WAN, MANS
Experience in IT infrastructure Support.
